Hi,I'm learning how to use Publii and how to deploy a Web site on github guide and on gitlab guide.
With the former, I can use long name with symbols (- and .) as repository name while with the latter I found that Publii only works without these symbols and with short name.
You can have a look at:
the same links do not work for gitlab. The following links work:
Are they a known limitations or bugs?
I will look at this problem and if I will be able to reproduce it - I will create an issue for the nearest Publii release
Thank you for your feedback.

In my opinion it is a Gitlab bug, not Publii issue - I have a website with this kind of name: https://dziudek.gitlab.io/publii-t1/
It works fine but when I have created repository with the following name: publii.test-t2 - it does not work. But Publii stores data in a proper repository. So it must be a problem with GitLab.
thank you for your reply.
So do you suggest to report the bug to gitlab?
In my opinion - yes. It is a GitLab bug or we have missed something important.
I filed a new bug and the support linked a well known related bug https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/40241
So you can close the issue.
