I did exactly as described in the Publii Docs connection tutorial to the Google Cloud Storage server, but I get this error message:

"Error! Application was unable to connect to your server."

    Hi,

Are you able to apply this change in your Publii instance: https://github.com/GetPublii/Publii/commit/d62558421b5bfac538ea97a47f7a6a5bf7a89113 ?

It will make possible to debug a reason of your issue.

Alternatively - please check if the account which is used in your case have proper permissions.

For example in my case I had the following error:

publii@publii-XXXXXX.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.buckets.get access to publii-test.

In my case setting permissions for the service account  helped. But to be honest - the Google Cloud UI is totally unclear and overcomplicated - I have spent 15 minutes to discover how to do it.
