When you Disable the Display Author in Post Options section, and use the Google Structured Data Testing tool to test my site link , you would see 2 Errors in Author and Logo (Image attached). It says:
To fix this, I Enabled the Display Author, and the Name error got fixed, but the logo issue is still there. The logo is still an issue with the demo editorial theme as well. Please use this demo post and check with the tool and u would see the logo error. So these are the two issues. how to fix ?
It will be fixed in 0.35.1 - https://github.com/GetPublii/Publii/issues/522

Seems like this is still not fixed. Or am I missing something?????
Demo Theme: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0#url=https%3A%2F%2Fgetpublii.com%2Fthemes%2Fdemo%2Feditorial%2Flight%2Fis-artist-any-good%2F
my site: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0#url=https%3A%2F%2Fajeet.dev%2Fmap-domain-to-ip%2F
I have fixed some issues with JSON-LD, but if you want to avoid this error you must set website logo under settings.
Could you please check once. The demo Editorial theme has a logo but still you would see this logo error. Check this link with the tool:
But at the same time the homepage https://getpublii.com/themes/demo/editorial/light/ will not give logo error.
Similarly, my site homepage is not showing the error , but the post is showing the logo error.
I don't think this has to do with the logo thing as I had a wordpress site before this and I was using the name and the SEO plugin had this thing covered.
Ok, I will check this issue deeper and I will try to fix it in Publii v.0.35.2
I have checked this issue and all is correct - you have to set logo to avoid the mentioned error.
The editioral theme has no logo set, but on the homepage the error not occurs, because the publisher element is not used on that page.
Could you please go through this article.
It says if you pick Person, expect an error for the AMP use case because it expects Logo. This is only really a problem if you’re trying to setup AMP which has additional technical requirements beyond the scope of Schema App..
Currently, in my case the publisher is a Person.
Sorry, but I still not see a problem here - if you want to avoid the error - just specify the logo and the validation error will be fixed.
I will get back to you on this by tomorrow . Thanks
